  • DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?

Yes, you need an account to order. This will also make it easier for you when you repurchase from us without having to retype your personal information. Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. 

  • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

We are based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Shipping to cities nationwide usually takes 1-5 business days & the cost varies. Please refer to www.sicepat.com for your shipping price estimation (local shipments). 

  • HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?

We usually process your order within 1-5 business days. Every product requires different process time, please check our PRODUCT DETAIL tab on each product for the precise process time. Please note that we will process your order D+1 after we have received your payment. 

  • DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we do. International orders are shipped via express shipping via various couriers. International customers will receive their package between 3-7 business days after the order has been dispatched. The airway bill / tracking number will be sent via email. 

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package. If you have registered account, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status. 

  • I HAVE RECEIVED THE PACKAGE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS SOME DEFECT. CAN I RETURN IT?
